Sometimes test-taking does not go smoothly. Below, you will find common issues with their solutions:
- If you get an error message, close the browser. Then restart the test in the same way as before. All previously committed answers are saved. You will then see all the instruction screens again, afterwards you will continue where you left off.
- If you have a (temporary) problem with your internet connection, you can continue the test later. You can then start the test in the same way as the first time, as soon as the problem is resolved.
- If your internet connection (wifi) drops out frequently, check whether you can use a fixed internet connection (via a cable).
- If you have problems with your computer or internet connection that prevent you from completing the test properly, we recommend finding another computer or location to complete the test.
