How do I check an invoice?

Due to the EU privacy legislation and the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG), we do no put candidates’ personal information on the invoice. However, it is possible to create your own overview of individual test completions or tools within your environment via: Manual export invoicing control (in Dutch).

Are you a talent expert? Then you can create an overview of test takings in the following way: Manual export invoicing control (in Dutch). Your rights may need to be adjusted – if so, please contact Assessio Bloom support.

Which internet browser should I use?

We recommend using Google Chrome with all our products. Optionally, you can also use other commonly used internet browsers such as Mozilla Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge. We recommend always updating to the latest version to ensure you are using a secure and properly functioning browser.

Not sure which internet browser is being used? You can check this yourself by using one of these methods:

  1. Click the F1 key (help function) on the keyboard. This will usually tell you which internet browser is being used and which version.
  2. Go to the browser’s settings and look under ‘About + browser name’.
  3. Go to the website http://supportdetails.net and look in the ‘Web browser’ block to see which name is listed.
From March 2020, you will no longer be able to use Internet Explorer for our products. This browser has not been updated since 2016 and is therefore a security risk.

How can I save my test platform in my Favourites/Bookmarks?

You can save the link you use to log in to your favourites/bookmarks. We recommend that you edit this link when saving, as your browser puts extra information behind the link. This may cause the page to stop working after an update. Google Chrome
  • Click on Ctrl+D
  • Click on edit
  • Change the data in the URL box to the link that is in your activation email, usually www.q1000.nl/organisationname, where the name of the organisation may vary
  • Click save
Firefox
  • Click on Ctrl+D
  • A separate screen will open, adjust the link at the top under name in the link that is in your activation email, usually this is www.q1000.nl/organisationname, where the name of the organisation may differ
  • Click on ready

What about personal data protection?

Your privacy is important to us. We employ extensive measures to secure your personal data en test results from being accessed by unauthorised persons. We are ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified.

When activating your account, you can read our privacy statement and user regulations, so you know exactly what happens to your data and what your rights are. If you want to read what this means again, you can click on “My account” in the top right-hand corner of the coloured bar, click on the pencil next to “Privacy statement and user terms”, you can read the documents by clicking on the links below.

If you still have specific questions, you can contact our Data Protection Officer (FG) or Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) directly via our Support desk.

How can I have my data deleted?

In most cases, your account will remain accessible for one year, after which it is automatically deleted. This will vary between organisations. If you want to find out how this is handled within your related organisation in particular please review their privacy statement and user terms in thesection My account -> Privacy statement and terms of data usage on the platform.

As long as you have an account, the client can view your data. If you want your data to be removed, you can submit a removal request to your contact person or directly to us at support.nl@assessiobloom.com.

In both cases, your account and all data, such as your personal data and test data, will be deleted and no one will be able to see it. So please download any reports before submitting the deletion request.
